At “Margarita’s” café-restaurant, the day begins with fresh made bread, butter and granny’s homemade marmalade, yoghurt with fresh fruit and Anafi’s honey, and the, well-known in Cyclades, “Anafi” omelet.
Our all-time classic dishes are pasta in the oven and “Margarita’s” meat-balls. Our cooked & traditional dishes vary every day, but, we are open to customer’s orders, such as home made rooster cooked in wine or fish-soup. In the afternoon, on your way back from the beach, you can make a stop at the veranda’s small tables and enjoy Cretan raki (by Popi) or raki with honey, accompanied with tasty titbits such as Anafi’s cheese, split peas, octopus salad with Anafi’s capers and chick pea balls.
Reservations Make your dinner reservation on time, but, if our cooked dishes are finished, try ordering our pizza..It will be an unexpected surprise!
Tip! The herbs give their wonderful smell to the restaurant area, so, on your way to your room, touch our basil plants and their smell will accompany you, all the way back.
Events At “Margarita’s” restaurant, every day is a surprise. You can be a part of a cheerful company that plays music and cheers us up, of a wedding party where everyone is invited, even of a group of people from abroad that visits Anafi for yoga and meditation. The island’s energy, extremely positive, takes you to all the places you enjoy, everyone is part of a big company, a big family, as long as you let yourself to it… So long!!

“Margarita’s” café-restaurant is situated on Klisidi, the finest beach of Anafi island.
Its veranda offers a unique view to the Aegean Sea.In 1984 it started out as a traditional café, but, after several customers’ demands, it continued working as a café-restaurant. It offers traditional Greek cuisine, with particular emphasis on local dishes.
Our ingredients are carefully selected from local and Cretan, certified, producers. Everyday, we use biological flour to make fresh bread and fresh eggs from our chicken, to make our pasta. Every year we update our menu, by adding new flavors inspired by Anafi’s traditional cuisine.
We aim to please Anafi’s, both old and new, visitors, by offering them traditional local dishes, accompanied with homemade cooking smells and family hospitality.

“Margarita’s„ rooms are located 30 meters from Klisidi, one of Anafi’s finest beaches. They accomodate two beds and are especially well made and clean, with a view over the exotic scenery and Klisidi beach. They include a private bathroom, Refrigerator and a ceiling fan.
The main land is situated north (2 kilometers away), there is a scenic trail for the walkers and the central road, where the local bus passes.
Our visitors always make an early booking, due to our premium location and to the morning dive in the crystal clear waters of Klisidi beach with the fine sand.
